Please note that we are seasonal, and are open from early March until the end of October. Double sink in the bathroom and separate shower cubicle. Deluxe Double: Double aspects windows overlooking the valley, double sink in the bathroom. Superior Double: Double aspects windows overlooking the valley, double sink in the bathroom. Double with Bath: Double aspects windows overlooking the garden. Double with shower: Double aspects windows overlooking the garden. Twin room with bath: Double aspects windows overlooking the garden. All rates are for the room, per night, and include taxes and a continental breakfast (individual rooms only). The minimum stay is normally two nights. Lunches can be provided daily for guests staying at the Villa. A four course dinner party is held twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Meanwhile, light snack meals are available at other times. Prices are available on request. Check out time is any time before 11:00 noon and check in time is any time after 15:00 hours. Children under 12 are not allowed unless the whole villa is booked. VERY IMPORTANT : Please advise TIME OF ARRIVAL at the Villa : Check in is between 15:00 - 20:00. If you are later than 20:00pm, please give us a call. Bookings are guaranteed until 20.00, we do not have a 24 hours reception. To secure a booking, we require a Credit Card number and expiry date and a deposit of 50% will be charged to the Card 8 weeks prior to arrival or on the day of the booking whichever is sooner. For security reason please advise the following informations with the credit card #: Last 3 digits at the back of the credit card Date of birth of the cardholder A valid phone # inclusive of area code Name of the Bank issuing the Credit card An address where the CC statement is sent Please note that, for whole Villa rental, we require a deposit/breakage of euro 500.00 payable in cash at the check-in. The deposit will be given back to clients at time of departure. Cancellation Policy For individual rooms if a booking is cancelled more than 59 days in advance no charge will be made if cancelled with less than 60 days notice the following charges will be made: 30 to 59 days 25% of the total stay ( room and tax ) 22 to 29 days 50% of the total stay ( room and tax ) 21 days of less 100% of the total stay ( room and tax ). In event of premature departure the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be payble. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the descretion of the management and the ability to relet rooms. The daily rate for the exclusive use of the whole villa is set out above, and is available normally on a weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday. This included daily cleaning and bed make-up and twice weekly change of linen. There is a staff cottage on site. The following can be provided at extra cost: a cook to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner and buy the food, a towel each per day for the swimming pool, washing and laundry as necessary, car rental and driver. A refundable security deposit is required if the Villa is taken as a whole. The important thing is that we are flexible and will aim to provide as much or as little as is required by the guest.
