Fontelunga as a country house hotel is closed from 7th November 2011 until 23rd March 2012: it can be rented as a whole in exclusivity. Please note as well that the high season for Villa Fontelunga as a Villa is as from 19th May 2012 to the 21st Sept 2012.

Same service included as per the whole 9 bedrooms Villa Rental ( high season euro 20,990, low season  euro 16,750) The services included in the rental are daily maid service for light cleaning and bed makeup (not kitchen) laundry excluding ironing, weekly linen change, bath towels as required. Swimming pool towels (changed once a week). All electricity charges and final clean. We will also include a welcome drink and finger food(crostini). A person on the end of a phone to make bookings resolve problems as before.


Please note that we would require a Credit Card number and expiry date to secure the booking. A deposit of 50% will be charged to the Credit Card at the moment of the booking (Not refundable unless cancelled more than 180 days prior to arrival) and the balance 8 weeks before arrival. Additional items can be accounted by weekly invoice payable by Credit Card. For security reason please advise the following information with the credit card number and expiry date:

• Name of the Credit Card Holder
• A valid mobile phone number inclusive of area code;
• Name of the bank issuing the Credit Card.

In event of premature departure the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be payable. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of the management and the ability to re-let the rooms.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please advise time of arrival at Villa Fontelunga. Check-in is between 15.00 and 19.00. Please come to Fontelunga's office for registration.

A refundable breakage deposit of €500.00 payable upon arrival is required.
Cancellation policy on whole villa basis:

• More than 181 in advance, no charge for the final balance
• 180 to 30 days 50% of the final balance
• 29 days of less 100% of the final balance
